Excessive and ********** Google Play Billing

<p>I have been billed R36 000.00 for Google play services on my Telkom Mobile account. I have lodged a query 3 weeks ago, and no one has responded. I have reversed the transactions on Google play. I cannot get to speak to any one that knows how to resolve the problem. The call centre just tells me that the query has been logged.</p>
