EXCEPTIONALLY POOR SERVICE BY TELKOM!!!!

We have sent an applicataion to migrate from Telkom LTE to fibre on 3 June. We have followed up with Telkom on numerous occassions regarding the progress. They either don't answer the phone or promise to react within a day or two. The last time we were in contact we were informed that the matter has been posted over to Vumatel Fibre that will deliver a router/modem within 5 - 7 days. It is now 14 days later and there is no sign of them. We are desparate to finalise the matter, but Telkom is providing NO ASSISTANCE AND NO FEEDBACK. This is the WORST service we have ever experienced!
