Exceptional service- Ntombi

I was exceptionally please with the service I received from Ntombi Shabalala at the Eastgate branch. She assisted me with my cellphone contract and kept in touch with me when the phone arrived. She definitely goes out of her way for her clients. I would definitely recommend her when getting a contract.
