Exceptional service from Siyabonga Khumalo

I called Telkom today and I was pleasantly surprised when I spoke to Siyabonga Khumalo. Usually when I call Telkom I'm kept on hold for unreasonable amounts of time and I get consultants who don't sound like they have a clue about what's going on but he was phenomenal in both his level of service and knowledge of what I was querying. Please pass on my gratitude to him and his manager! He's completely changed my opinion about Telkom call centre consultants.
