Exceptional service for Settlement letter

I was being assisted by Olivia Ncube with regards to getting a settlement letter, She is very passionate in doing her job I called in around 17:30 when the retentions department is about to close the line, she did not hesitate to assist me with my query she even mentioned this wil take time but she never hung up the call like the previous consultant who never bothered to send me the settlement letter.
