Exceptional Service

Having had to deal with Call Centre's, technician's arriving on site and leaving and never to be seen or heard from again I got in contact with the Telkom Shop at the Vincent Park Centre, East London. <br> It was with great pleasure that Miss Sorensen (Whom I have had dealings with before) was able to help in her usual friendly and efficient manner. I am very happy to report that my line was installed in 1/3 of the time it took the Call Centre to completely botch up and then still have the audacity to close the call. Miss Sorensen is an absolute credit to Telkom and the Telkom Shop and has yet again raised the bar with regards to service delivery. Well Done.<br>
