Exceptional service.

I was due for an upgrade and started in September with application - The phone model I was looking for, was not available and non of the Telkom staff tried to assist - From Sales line, internet site, facebook page, calling and going to branch. Then I came across a Ms Linda Mkwa**** from Maponya Mall branch with an exceptional service and going an extra mile - Got my upgrade in process and it took her a week to source the phone and call me back and finalized the application - Now happy with a new S6 Edge plus.<br> <br> Thanks to Ms Mkwa****.
