Exceptional POOR service. One year and problem still not resolved

Telkom. I cannot link my telephone account to my Telkom online account service using my online login of choice.

Let me tell the full story. My previous ISP METROWEB.CO.ZA has closed down and therefore all customers with an ********** address no longer exist.

My Telkom online user name was linked to this metroweb email address. To reset the password for the old account Telkom offers to send and email to "the discontinued ~ never again accessible" email address ~ That is very clever indeed.

So, I registered a new online access account using my current Gmail address and then tried to link my Telkom account to the new user name..... well that is where the problems started in March 2016. I cannot link my account to the new address BECAUSE it is linked to the discontinued email address. Yes Doris, I know that and therefore the request for someone in Telkom to delete the old link so I can create a new link to the account using the same email address they send the email bill to......

One would think this an easy task.... But no, clearly not for Telkom. Next month is March 2017 and their incompetence seems so severe that 365 days is not enough time to fix a simple problem...... Do they call and tell me they a bit DOF and don't understand the problem. The telephone line is provide over a pair of copper wires connecting my home to their exchange. RICA says they should know where I live. If they don't, then please follow the copper wire.... You will get to my door and then you can ask me what the problem is. OR just ring the number. Surely the owner will answer and you can just ask them.

Clearly this is way above their comprehension. So where do I report this problem.... Just don’t suggest 10210. They are just as clueless. Been there, done that.

Anyone out there that can provide a replacement wireless service that can rid me from this HELKOM situation please contact me. I would like to be done with this *********** company once and for all.
