Exceptional poor service

Took out a data contract, wanted 2 phones as well, was told since July the phones are out of stock even if the promotion just started in July. Was promised they will call when the phone is in stock, l followed up every second day and had the same response, we are still waiting for the stock, just called them now and was told they received stock but was out of stock again, no communication from them, just promises of \ I will call you as soon as it is in". Had to find out after 3 weeks that there is a waiting list when I called and spoke to another person. Could have saved myself the inconvenience and took out a contract at another service provider"""
