Exceptional moment of truth - Telkom Musgrave

I have been a Telkom customer since 2015 and have experienced good service thus far.

However on 16/05/2023 my particular interaction with Bongi at the Telkom Musgrave store was astonishing. She was very professional and courteous. Detailed in her approached and explained for the first time clearly a document that I had to sign and understood what I was actually signing.

I observed the co-ordination between the branches at old mutual building in west street and Musgrave. The arrangement between the two branches as smooth and efficient. Where I had to collect my device, I was not met with resistance and infact was received very well by the manager Nhlanhla Mchunu.
