Exceptional Customer Service Skills

I am very pleased with the level of service provided to me by Amuwelani on the customer care number 180. We couldn’t’ find the solution to the problem yet I’m very satisfied that he patiently tried everything in his might to resolve this problem while I was on the phone for over an hour with him. I like that he tried his best to keep me on the loop, telling me everything that he was doing on the computer and why he was doing it, and trying his best to explain things as simply as he could. He was in no hurry to get rid of me, or to pass the buck. He’s definitely a model for most of his colleagues because I can assure you, most of his colleagues don’t deserve to be in those positions - judging by their level of service and their attitude.
