I would like to extend my gratitude to the Telkom Team working on the Facebook page more especially George Hlagala and Troy Hector for their exceptional customer service. It's been 2days full now since my modems were restored and im happy to say that they both working fine and i'm happy. Escalations were done to ensure my problems got resolved and feedback was made by both George and Troy . I trully appreciate, Telkom should certainly take pride in u both and the rest of your team.
