Exceptional customer service
Spoke to Matthew Rosen with regard to an error with my ADSL line. He was exceptional in the service he delivered - he was friendly, spoke clearly, and helped me fix the error in minutes. Of all the telkom staff I've dealt with over the years he stood out as being exceptionally competent and efficient. Well done one such a fantastic employee.
