Excellent Work Ethics & Service

I would like to thank Telkom - Especially Thabo - for the service received today in rectifying a fault we have had intermittently for the past few months. <br> <br> Technicians usually come & go within 5 minutes blaming exchange or something, but he battled through and tested every point until locating the problem. <br> <br> I feel extremely bad also as his van was broken into outside & some of his equipment ******. I hope he doesn't have to suffer because of the lazy ********* in our country
