Excellent Telkom Service Agent | Alyssa Vervaraj

I would like to commend Ms Alyssa Vervaraj from Telkom who called me back regarding my internet subscription.

I currently am still on ADSL and would like to migrate to fiber. I do not want any other service other than a full Telkom service.

She was able to explain the current situation at my address to me in plain language and make me understand the correct product for me and allowed me to continue with my current product until such time as my area have the service that would suit my needs.

She was knowledgeable, well spoken, patient and friendly.

I am a proud Telkom client and I am extremely happy with Allyssa's service.
