Excellent technical staff!

I had a problem connecting my new tablet to my existing Telkom wi-fi network at home. On Monday afternoon ***, I called the call centre where Wesley assisted me with great patience and skill. Unfortunately we were unable to establish a connection. I received a reference number ( ***) and was told that the problem would be referred for special attention. I thought that it would be the end of the story until...on the following day(Tuesday) I was called by Lunga from the Technical Division . He was patient, charming and efficient and the problem was solved. I do appreciate the attitude & skill with which both gentlemen assisted me. Thanks guys....Telkom should be proud to have you !
