Excellent support Telkom Billing Department

Excellent service received from Sintandile (Billing Department) after having problems with Telkom Internet and Fibre since 24 October 2019. After numerous complaints with several departments, Sintandile was answering my call on 2020-03-19. After explaining she informed me that the account was credited. Furthermore she explained me several options to take to resolve this issue. It was decided to cancel the whole contract which she assisted while on the phone. She went out of her way to assist and take care of an ongoing problem lasting more than 4 months. That is what customer care is about #SupportLocal, #SupportTelkom.
