Excellent support

Hi - we recently had a problem on our business telephone line. The issue was resolved within the next business day. I later received a call from Telkom to check the status of the logged problem. After knocking Telkom for so many years, i have to take my hat off to them. Excellent service - ever logging the call with their helpdesk was painless. Well Done!
