Excellent Service, very efficient!
Hennie Swart (Customer Liaison / ARS Case / High Level Complaints - Contact Centre & Commercial reporting) forwarded my initial complaint and continued to patiently follow it up. Plus he resolved our credit request within 24 hours I never expected it to be sorted out with just one e-mail. He is truly a candidate to consider for promotion in the future. My husband and I are very impressed with his efficient service.
