Excellent service Telkom, yes it’s true and possible

Superb service from Telkom yesterday (Saturday)! Yes it’s true and deserves complimenting. I helped a friend by reporting a fault on the landline telephonically, agent very helpful and professional. Within half an hour technician was on site, fault fixed.
