On Tuesday, 20 April 2021 I went to the Telkom branch at East Rand Mall (ERM) to do a SIM swap... excellent service!!! From the lady sanitizing you and recording your details, to the waiting time and having been attended to by Desiree. The service was seamless, efficient and very friendly.... Keep it up Telkom ERM.
