Excellent service re moving my line, spoiled by Telkom Direct at Somerset Mall

<p>Move from KZN to W Cape recently. All went so smoothly with installing my line, and Fanie the technicial was superb. I was advised to collect a free cordless phone from Telkom within 2 months of installation. Went to Telkom Direct at Somerset Mall 8/6/16 to be told there was no stock. Left number with (rather rude) Lwando, who told me he would call as soon as stock arrived. No phone call as at today, 22 June. Phone the store to get an answer phone message saying they cannot answer their phone as they are busy attending to walk in customers. OMG!! Am I now expected to drive to the Mall on the off chance that they have stock? How may times must I do this before I give up? How sad that Fanie's winderful service has been so badly let down by the Telkom Direct store at Somerset Mall</p>
