Excellent Service On Package Upgrade

I have a 3g sim contract with Telkom and I'd been meaning to cancel it because of connectivity issues. Most other consultants that i'd called had told me to get cancellation forms for that. When Chanel called me to discuss my upgrade, she not only convinced me to stay by offering me another plan and the reason/solution for my connectivity issues, she did so with an extremely warm and pleasant attitude. She was extremely knowledgeable on the product, and was open-minded to my requests and questions. I would have cancelled and never looked back, but she graciously convinced me otherwise. Do note that she is an asset to Telkom. Thank you Chanel, your professionalism was much appreciated.
