EXCELLENT SERVICE - JOE MYAKA - TELKOM

After 2 Hellopeter complaints, 4 separate reference numbers from the Call Centre Telkom and lot of frustration re a Telkom line not working, I was contacted yesterday by a Mr Joe Myaka - (Technician). I was really negative at the time of his arrival, as my Telkom line was not working for 1 month and I seriously planned to cut the line due to the pathetic service that I have received by Telkom Call Centre representatives and false promises by the Telkom Media Team. Mr Myaka fixed the line within 20 minutes and indicated that the problem was at a Telkom Box 320 meters away from my residence. What an absolute pleasure to have dealing with him. Thank you Mr Joe Myaka - you are truly an asset to Telkom!!!
