Excellent service given by a call center agent

I would like to complement the excellent service given by an agent that I spoke to yesterday at 19:15 when I called in. His name is Percy Ndlovu I had a problem not receiving calls, he was well spoken and gave an exceptional service and logged a call for me and assured me the matter will be sorted out and also made me aware that there is currently a problem with regards to the calls which the lady that I spoke to failed to tell me when I called in 5 minutes before making the call. Her name was Phiwe all she did was tell me she will put me through to a department that will assist me then dropped my call I then called back and got through to Percy. We need more people like Percy Ndlovu working in a call center who are service centric and know how to do their job, my case number is ***4 and my matter was sorted out in less than an hour.
