Excellent Service from Telkom Tygervalley

On Saturday, 13 January this year I attended this store for a technical problem and was most fortunate to be served by JASON HANSEN.

Mr Hansen was extremely efficient and knowledgeable on Telkom devices and services. Not only did he sort out my technical problem, he recommended extending my current data contract which included a Free Huawei Mobile Wifi device and to crown it all, the extended service is saving me money as it works out cheaper than me having to purchase additional data on line each month. This is the 3rd time Mr Hansen attended to me at this branch and he is most certainly an asset to Telkom and deserves praise and special mention within his place of work.

The staff, generally, at this branch is efficient and friendly and another employee, Emmarentia Jonathon, together with Jason make a perfect TEAM which Telkom should be justly proud of. Well done Jason and Ammarentia. You are both worth at least Six Stars!!
