Excellent service from Telkom Customer Service Consultant

This morning I had a technical problem solved by one of the customer service consultants at Telkom that did a wonderful job. The lady showed technical competence and was patient in solving my problem. Despite the long wait to get my call answered, it was made up by this lady who did a fantastic job. Keep it up lady and Telkom. Bravo!
