Excellent Service from Solly @ Telkom Direct Lakeside mall.

After numerous attempts with call centres and Telkom stores, I really struggled with a simple number port from cell c to Telkom contracts.

It should be noted that I received excellent service from Solly at Telkom Direct Lakeside mall. He resolved my issue within minutes Telkom should really look after this man. He outclassed any of the Telkom staff I dealt with.
