I'd like to take a moment to appreciate Nqobile Madlala for assisting me with my SIM swap. She kept her word and called me back more than once. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was assisted and for that I am highly grateful. It's not everyday that you get a person who is working until 8pm who is willing, able and friendly.
