Excellent service from Nothando Khumalo

<p>I'd like to thank Nothando Khumalo from the Telkom Mobile call center. This is by far the best service I've received in a very, very long time from Telkom. Nothando was professional, patient and very helpful. It was clearly evident that she knew exactly how the uncapped LTE order process works. She kept me up to date in terms of where we were in the process, next steps that were to follow, and gave me estimates of how much longer it would take. Once again, thank you for the refreshing experience.</p>
