I was extremely impressed with the quality of service i received this morning from Ms Mtheki (first name) from telkom chat service. She phoned me back so promptly and assisted me with such patience regarting a technical problem. One thing i really appreciated is that when she was unsure of something, she asked for assistance from her colleagues. Going as far to solve my problem. You really are extremely important and very professional in your job. It is people like you that make companies excellent. Thank you so much Mtheki! You are an absolute star!
