Excellent Service from Mr Herschel Jones !!!!!

I'd like to compliment one of your employees, Mr Herchel Jones, for the excellent service he has always provided me !!! Mr Jones helped me to sort out various account and technical issues with Telkom immediately and with constant feedback. I had emailed Telkom Customer Service many times without any replies and even went to www.hellopeter.com to try and get a response but still no resolution. Mr Jones's professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectations !!! Within a few hours, he was able to start the process of having my account balance corrected. Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended.
