Excellent service from Mr Freeman

We had problem with Wi-Fi connection. I was dealing with 3 different people from Telkom over the phone, none helped me. But then I got on the phone Mr Freeman who was extremely professional, knew exactly what he was doing, calm and very friendly. He is a Star! Thank you so much!
