Excellent service from kamogelo

I spoke to Kamogelo Mosito from telkom, I called in just after midnight, although it was late and probably a tiring day, he was hands on, assisted in every way posible, answered all of my questions and ensured I had no further questions before I could end the call.

He ia such a helpful, calm and And collected guy, Telkom needs more experienced and welcoming agents answering calls in their call centres.

If I was was the head of telkom, I woul d definately treat Kamogelo to lunch or supper sponsored by the company, or treat him to a good voucher for excellence customer services!!!!!

He was great, and I wish we had more people like these in our country!!! This guy deserves a day of!!!
