Excellent service from Call centre lady

I called to query an amount on my bill. Nothing out of the ordinary with my call but the service i received was exceptional. The lady was most helpful , told me when she was putting me on hold when she did, updated me on what she was doing and constantly reasured me that she was still with me.<br> <br> She went on to log a query and thanked me for calling telkom etc. <br> <br> Excellent and professional service and amazng customer service. Well done to her <br>
