Excellent service every time
<p>I know that Telkom customer service has been receiving a bad rep. But from the three or four times I had to contact their customer service I have had nothing but a great experience. Sure, calling the callcentre can put you on hold for a long time as not all departments work equally dilligently at their job. However, when I did get through to someone I could speak to and who understood my complaint, they resolved it quickly and effortlessly.</p> <p>The customer chat function resolved the issue I had today with ease, I will definitely be using that again. Especially since data is free and airtime is not (where I work).</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks Telkom! Zinhle and Edmunton ( Please excuse if I mispelled your name Ed) You were of great help today.</p>
