Excellent Service

I visisted our local store and Cracia Kekana assisted me. She was very helpful, friendly and polite. She had a good knowledge of products and could advise accordingly.

Telkom did not have stock of what I wanted, and she was willing to order it for me. Because I eventually decided to take something that they had stock of, she was so helpful in helping me decide and even made sure that I was sure of the terms and conditions.

She really walked the extra mile and even got me started to transfer all my info from my old phone to my new one.
