Excellent service by Telkom

I want to applaud Telkom on excellent service. My landline was not working and I lodged a complaint online. I had no reaction and phoned Telkom to inquire. The faulty line was repaired the following day, without delay. The technician was extremely polite, helpful , knowledgeable and efficient. He also addressed an issue that has been neglected for four years. I am very thankful .
