<p>I contacted the customer call centre for assistance regarding the porting of my number from a contract line back to a prepaid line (the number was previously on prepaid) as the Telkom Direct store I had gone to was unable to assist me (due to a consultant who wasn't very keen on assisting me)</p> <p>I got excellent service from Nthabiseng Phasha who worked on my case!!! She was very quick and efficient and kept me up to date with all progress. Your calls were quick and to the point and you took a lot of stress off my shoulders! Thank you so much!!! :)</p>
