Excellent service by Nathan of Table Bay mall!!!

After all the rotten service I had received from Telkom I was eventually able to upgrade via the Table Bay mall with the kind assistance of Nathan. I was very impressed by all the precautions taken by the store to protect their staff and the customers. Nathan was amazing in helping me to collect my device for upgrade and took every precaution while handling the device and my ID document etc. He disinfected absolutely everything prior to my touching it and was just fantastic! After dealing Nathan and this Table Bay store I will only be going back to them in future. They are absolutely professional and willing to assist customers very unlike my other experiences with Telkom stores and their call centres. Thanks Nathan!!!
