Excellent Service by Itumeleng Mhlabe

<p>Yesterday i opted online consultant to call me back and the consultant never assisted me , i decided to go to nearest telkom branch which is centurion</p> <p> </p> <p>i was offered best service by the consultant called Itumeleng Mhlabe , she expalined properly on when a contract is finished what will happen and how are they going to bill if the customer never requested cancellation ,she helped me in a calm manner busy explaining evrything what she was doing and she again explained throughly on my current billing invoice which i was not understanding things that they have charged me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Consultants like her deserve best rewards as they serve best customer service.</p>
