EXCELLENT SERVICE BY BLESSING KHOZA AT WIFI TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT

Wifi off - phoned technically. First lady tried to assist me, after approx 20 min on line she advised me to call sales Dept as she could not trace my so called VT number on the system. Called sales Dept, got VT number and phoned Technical again. Gentleman by name of Blessing Khoza assisted me, Gave my ID, read my VT nr for me without asking for it - told him that his college couldnt assist be due to trhe lack of VT nr not on the ssystem. He advised me step by step and within 5 min everything was sorted out - MAYBE TELKOM - GET A GUY LIKE BLESSING IN YOUR TRAINING DEPARTMENT.
