Excellent Service at Telkom

I would like commend Thami Zwane from the Gateway Ground Floor branch for the excellent service and going the extra mile to sort out the problems I was experiencing with Telkom, I lost all hope with Telkom until I meet Mr Thami Zwane, I took out my frustration on him and he surprised me by being calm, collective and attentive to my problems - he kept to his promises and sorted out my issues to the very end until we achieved results. He followed up every day and constantly kept me up to date and informed. Thank you Thami for your excellent service and commitment to customer satisfaction, we need more helpful people like you at Telkom. Keep up the good work!!!
