Excellent service at Table Bay Mall

I would like to compliment the great service I got at Table Bay Mall from Mr Kolisi. He was incredibly patient with me and was very thorough when making sure that I understood the implications of my request for a number swap. There could have been serious complications if I had misunderstood something and the process initiated. I really appreciate all he did and the whole process was completed the next day without problems. I hope that there is a way in which Telkom can recognise him for his performance.
