Excellent service at last!

<p>I had a problem with my WiFi and reported the fault to Telkom. After many days and utterly frustrated at the lack of service I phoned their support on 10210 and spoke to Ntombe Ngqandu. I was very irate but she calmly assisted and eventually managed to resolve the issue. Her attitude and patience paid off and I am of the opinion that Telkom should look at people with her attributes to be the face of their customer- and support services! A great thanks to her! </p>
