Excellent service AND going the extra mile
I called the Telkom ADSL customer support line and Lesedi Lekabe from the Sunninghill branch answered. He was extremely efficient, patient (I had two young toddlers in the background who also demanded my time), competent, and polite.<br> <br> Not only did he fix the problem but he went the extra mile in phoning me back when my landline battery died.<br> <br> Superb call centre service - thank you.
