Excellent Service and commendable patience

Hi <br> <br> I just want to thank and commend Alistair Thompson who served me this morning at the Telkom service centre in Noordhoek. The poor guy had a queue of about ten people waiting to be served . . many of them who had come instore, furious about their poor or non existent callcentre service. <br> <br> He was so helpful with everyone, taking his job seriously, trying to keep us all happy, meet their needs and service them as fast and efficiently as possible. <br> <br> He was so patient and polite and cooperative with everyone, even those that were impatient, rude and irate. Going the extra mile, he even gave me his email address to follow up with him during the week about my transfer. <br> <br> Thank you Alistair for your diligent and helpful service.
