Excellent service

I’m writing this review because of the one consultant who assisted me successfully on 7.08.2020 for something that others couldn’t assist with in the last days. Marvin really is a great asset in your company, professional, friendly, empathetic, he resolved my query efficiently and quickly. I got my airtime back before 5pm of that day. This is the only reason I rated Telekom mobile 5 stars today otherwise I wouldn’t recommend Telekom to anybody.
