I'd like to compliment one of your employees, Yugen Moodley, for the excellent service he provided me last night. Yugen helped me to sort out my DSL line after I had been struggling for the pass week with line just to find you the technician made a slight error & Yugen picked up on it & assisted me with my wiring .I have always been pleased with the service I receive at your section. However, Yugen' s professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectations. <br> Within a few minutes, he was able to verify the problem and start the process of getting me connected again. Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended.<br>
