Excellent Service

I would like to thank Telkom Kyalami Shopping centre for the wonderful service rendered to me on the 5th of December 2020.I have been looking for a new phone for a while now and seeing that I already had a contract with telkom for router they were my best bet.I tried applying on line and the agent told me I do not qualify for a new phone.I had given up but on that particular day I decided to walk in and was assisted my Bandile Mngoma who promised me from walking in that I will get the phone I wanted(Huawei P40).I must admit I was skeptical at first as I had been rejected before,but Bandile worked his magic and I couldn't believe it when he came out from the back with my new phone and with no hustles.And as if that was not enough he also made sure to reduce my data bundle from R199 to only R99 for 10 gig, ensuring that I'm not strained financially.Such sales people make people like me more appreciative for they try by all means to assist me.Thank you Bandile,may you do for others as you've done for me.
